Spanked Trailer
Spanked is out now! Check out editor Rachel Kramer Bussel's Spanked Blog when you get a chance. It's got hot pics, excerpts, interviews with authors from the Spanked anthology, and a lot of talk about, well, spanking ;) Rachel also made a trailer for this release, and a snippet from my tale, "Page by Page," is featured in it :) Enjoy!

Spanked and Hard
Or should that be spanked hard??
What a lame blogger. Nothing since February... I should be spanked. Speaking of spanked, my tale "Page by Page" got publisher acceptance from Cleis for Spanked: Red-Cheeked Erotica. It's edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel. I'm stoked. Here's the cover:
And speaking of Cleis, Hard Hats is out.
Hard Hats
Gay Erotic Stories
Edited by Neil Plakcy
What is it about a hot guy with a tool belt?
With their natural brand of macho, the sheen of honest sweat on flesh, and the enticements of hammers and pneumatic drills, men with tool belts rank among the hottest icons in gay erotic fantasy. This collection of 21 stories celebrates those hardworking, hard-bodied hunks who construct our buildings, connect our cable TVs, and fix our furnaces. Ride to the top of an unfinished high rise for a raunchy steel-beam encounter. Head to the country where a road repair crew breaks in the new guy. Hang out with a lusty landscaper or sneak into the construction site RV for a quickie. Editor Neil Plakcy, a former construction site boss himself, has tapped the best of today's erotica writers for the steamy salute to those irresistible symbols of masculinity who keep the world tuned up—and turned on.
There's a five-star review at Amazon that has this to say about my story... "Former lovers meet for the first time in years, when they're helping a friend remodel his house. Original and poignant, this meaningful story gives us hints of their past, and hope for their future."

Fat Tuesday
I hope everyone had a good Mardi Gras and is now ready to give up something for Lent. I'm not Catholic, but I've had to give up a lot of food lately on account of my teeth. Had oral surgery last Friday and braces put on the week before that. Not the most exciting news but what is pretty cool is that between eating less and exercise I've lost 18 pounds since November. Some days (like today) the numbers on the scales increase, but my clothes still get looser and looser. I'm really happy about that. Plus I finally started writing in earnest again. It's a little weird, like trying to get to know an old friend again, but it's coming back.
I'm also getting ready to begin edits on Butterfly Unpinned, co-written by B. D. Dark -- or should I say mostly written by her? BU was her idea, and she had to wrap up the ending on her own basically while I flaked out with real life stuff for the past few months. Hopefully I'll post some tidbit from it soon.
